POSITION: Right of Way Agent

The Right of Way Agent is accountable for ensuring that all facilities are legally placed and protected with correct and accurate right-of-way and permits. This includes creating legal descriptions, preparing drawings, acquiring new easements, submitting applications for government permits, reviewing easements and permits with property owners and jurisdictional agencies, and promptly and orderly executing and recording all documents. Performs duties only under general supervision and requires specialized training, experience, and knowledge. Must exercise discretion and independent judgment on behalf of the Engineering Department and the Company when investigating, gathering, and summarizing information. Access and exposure to highly sensitive documents, materials, and conversations require strict confidentiality on the part of the Right of Way Agent.

The Assistant OSP Engineer is accountable for engineering outside plant facilities to meet customer demands for service while complying with RUS specifications, inspection of work orders, and contract construction. POSITION: Information Services Sr. Network Engineer

The Information Services Sr. Network Engineer is responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of the company’s data network, computer systems, and software. This role includes planning and engineering network infrastructure, overseeing installation and maintenance, and proactively monitoring system security. The Sr. Network Engineer provides advanced technical support across departments and makes recommendations on equipment and procedures to optimize service and cost efficiency. Due to exposure to sensitive company information, strict confidentiality is required.
