POSITION:  Customer Care Associate – Entry Level

Do you possess a proven track record of excellent customer service?  Are you open to a flexible work schedule where you learn something new every day?  Do you have a technical aptitude for computers and software?  This may be the position for YOU.  Sierra Telephone is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate Trainee who can hit the ground running.  Successful candidates will have; at least two years of customer services experience, above average computer literacy, a willingness to serve others, and a high degree of integrity. Candidate Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) desirable.  One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Valid Class C California driver’s license with at least three unrestricted years driving experience required.  Full-time work schedule with varying shifts covering daytime, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday hours.  Overtime may be required as needed.

POSITION:  Customer Operations Manager

POSITION:  Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports and assists the Sales and Marketing department. This position requires candidates to work at a fast pace, connect quickly with others, and be highly collaborative. Must have a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done accurately. This position requires a self-confident, professional, persuasive, and enthusiastic person. The position will assist in the development, implementation and management of digital marketing platforms including Social Media, Web optimization, (SEO/SEM), and email marketing.  Assists the Sales and Marketing Department with collateral and presentation graphics, reporting, CRM administration and data integration with lead systems such as Sales Genie, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital, content creation for print, radio, and digital media.  Other duties include reconciliation among customer and billing databases, data mining, and research projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior marketing-related experience in some aspect of digital marketing (social media, web, graphics, campaign tracking.
  • Demonstrated creative ability to assist with campaign support.
  • General knowledge of database management and CRM systems data transfer
  • Demonstrated analytical ability related to graphical support for sales planning.
  • Highly-developed technical skills related to Microsoft Office application and digital media platforms.
