POSITION:  Residential Product Manager

The Residential Product Manager will ensure that financial and customer satisfaction goals are met for all customer products.  Responsible for the day to day operations of central station, alarm service and residential alarm sales.  This position requires someone with confidence, initiative, a sense of urgency and the ability to make decisions and take accountability.  Must work at a faster-than average pace, ability to learn quickly, and recognize and adjust to change. Requires self-discipline and the ability to handle details when needed.  Must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years supervisory experience in residential product management or similar field.  Candidates must have experience with reading and interpreting financial statements and identifying key variances.  This position requires excellent communication skills, gathering and implementing customer feedback for product improvement.

SIERRA TELEPHONE

POSITION:  Customer Care Associate – Entry Level

This entry-level position is responsible to provide excellent service to Sierra Telephone customers by answering in-bound calls regarding products and services, responding to requests, and resolving product or service problems.  This position assists customers in placing and receiving telephone calls, and provides related services.  All customer interactions must comply with industry regulations and established Sierra Telephone procedures for customer verification and documentation.  Customer interactions will generally be limited to basic telephone and Internet-related topics.

Candidate Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.  One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Valid Class C California driver’s license with at least three years driving experience. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. A Pre-employment/Post-offer substance abuse screening will be conducted for selected candidate.
