For the purpose of assessing membership dues, California Communications Association requests that all Member ILEC companies submit their California regulated gross operating revenue as reported on Form “M”, Page 33.2, Line 73 OR from your companies audited financials. For all Broadband/ISP operating companies, please submit your revenues from network and service operations within the state of California.

Dues

Dues are for the fiscal year of January 1st through December 31st. An invoice will be sent to the address you have listed above. You may mail a check or pay by credit card for your annual dues.
