The Annual Conference is an opportunity for our Member Companies, along with Associate Members to gather in one location to discuss both state and federal issues that impact our industry. The conference also offers networking events allowing our members to reconnect with familiar faces, and meet some new ones! We hope you will join us once again in beautiful Sonoma, California!

The “Sonoma Experience” will include: transportation to/from “Cornerstone Sonoma”, the headquarters of Sunset Magazine’s Gardens which features a variety of wine and spirits tastings, boutiques, and immaculately manicured gardens all nestled near the Sonoma Foothills. A catered lunch, wine tasting, tours of the gardens, and a craft cocktail contest at Prohibition Spirits Distillery will await guests who purchase tickets for this event. Associate Member Tabletop Sponsorship: This is an exclusive opportunity for Associate Members to set-up an 8′ tabletop display near the conference session area to promote their products and services to conference attendees on Tuesday, October 22nd and Wednesday, October 23rd. Note: This item is listed in the sponsorship package above, and not on the registration form.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: The Lodge at Sonoma Resort & Spa at 1325 Broadway, Sonoma, CA 95476 is the host hotel for our 2019 Annual Conference. To make a reservation, please call their toll-free number 888-710-8008, and identify that your reservation is under the CalCom Conference Room Block. You will receive the group rate of $319 per night if you make your reservation by September 23, 2019. After this date, rooms and rates will not be guaranteed. You may also book your reservation through our online group link here.
**Please note that while both the reservation link and guest room reservation confirmations from their system will always reference the current standard resort fee amount in addition to the group rate, our guests upon check-in and once in-house, will have only the contracted $20 resort fee applied to their group rate room reservations, as they are not able to alter the default resort fee verbiage in their main reservations system. This resort fee provides over $160.00 in daily value and includes: in-room bottled water replenished daily, complimentary local calls, complimentary enhanced Wi-Fi throughout hotel (does not apply to meeting space), resort transportation to and from Sonoma Plaza available on-request for individuals, daily sangria offering (2 per room) and dessert from Bean & Bottle Coffee & Wine Bar, daily yoga classes, daily nature hikes,and nightly wine tasting with local producers.

The Silent Auction profited $880.00, which will go directly into the RRSF fund to award family of CalCom members with financial assistance to continue their college career.
